Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 7 days of the ship date received. We will not accept any returns after 7 days.


Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

For customer protection and security,all orders are accepted VIA Paypal,  If you do not have  a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Simply click  the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option on the checkout page, and proceed by paying with your debit or credit card. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to process your order within 1-4 days  of it being placed. We ship Monday through Friday and during USPS business hours.

Orders should be received  between  1-2 weeks  standard shipping ( business days )after it is processed. If you would like to receive your item sooner please select speedy or express shipping.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes we do. Unfortunately there is a fee with international shipping. Please contact us if you would like Express international shipping. Items will arrive in 10-17 days.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If shipment is refused  the client is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package .This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. Sorry. 


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RESPOND TO EMAIL? 

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Our customers are the best and if you guys aren't satisfied neither are we.  Please note the business is growing and expanding so please allow up to 48 hours to handle all issues.  If we do not reach you within the 48 hours please use the contact us option and call our direct number. DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes we do! 
You have up to 8 days to return the item in exchange for another size or store credit, or to be refunded.
If you aren't satisfied with your item up to 8 days after receiving it please contact us and send the item within the 8 day period, with a tracking number. All returns will be handled accordingly 


I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER, HOW CAN I?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  You will have up to 3 hours to cancel or change the order. Once the order gets into the hands of our shipping team we will NOT be able to change it. 

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

Yes we do. It is on our main page.

If an item runs smaller in size this information will be provided in the description and you should order 1-2 sizes up. 



CAN MY ORDER BE TRACKED?


Most orders can be tracked via USPS.com or the other website will be provided when the tracking number is sent. We use various shipping companies such as:

 We send out tracking numbers right after the items are sent. The tracking number should be entered into the 

USPS "track my package" option and it will show all the info you need.
